Abstract

The study discussed the features of the social structure in the Qur’an based on the civil stage through the Sarahs' (Juz Qad Sami’a). The study was concerned with clarifying the methodological principles on which the Qur’an is based on achieving its social structure. It also dealt with social construction in the circle of the network of relations with the Muslim himself and with the other, as well as in the circle of economic construction. She was keen to highlight women's care as an effective community constructive element and what is related to the maintenance frameworks of the family institution. The study relied on two approaches: inductive, which is concerned with tracking the Quranic texts, and deductive, in terms of analyzing texts based on interpretations, explanations, and contemporary studies. One of the most prominent findings of the study is that the Qur’an contains an accurate methodology in building a community system, in line with the reality of the human soul, that combines truth and inclusiveness based on the constancy of its reference represented in revelation.
